Ludmyla Grytsenko Talked About Communication with Vulnerable Clients on Hromadske Radio

What are the specifics of working with vulnerable clients in legal profession?

“There are challenges for each profession. In jurisprudence, dealing with vulnerable clients can be a challenge. Until recently, Ukrainian legislation had no clear definition of “vulnerable clients”, but in real life, lawyers have always worked with people belonging to vulnerable groups. Thus, in practice, lawyers began to use the concepts of the law on the prevention and counteraction of discrimination and the law on social services” – as quoted from Hromadske Radio program “Gene of Justice” on the topic “What are the specifics of working with vulnerable clients in legal profession?”

Lyudmyla Grytsenko’s comments are available on the Ukrainian web-page.
