Professional Standards in Legal Practice: International Approach

On January 24, 2018, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted Recommendation 2121 (2018) on the elaboration of the European Convention on the Professions of a Lawyer.

A graduate of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, Olga Semenyuk, involved in the elaboration of the convention, described her reflections in this regards for the “Yuridicheskaya Gazeta” Weekly.
