Program Participant Spoke About The Judicial Reform On The Radio

Participant of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, Lesia Dubchak became a guest on Hromadske Radio and shared her comments on the amendments to the procedural codes of Ukraine in the aspect of access to justice.

On October 3, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading and in general the draft law No 6232 on the amendments to a number of codes that trigger judicial reform:

“On March 20, the draft law was urgently submitted by the President to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for consideration. Despite the fact that it has been six month before the adoption, we might say that the draft was adopted very promptly. And nobody from the legal community did not even expect its adoption on October, 3”, – the lawyer commented.

She also highlighted important novels and changes for ordinary citizens in connection with the adoption of procedural laws.
