Tomorrow’s Lawyer Elected Head Of The Qdbc Of Zhytomyr Region

On September 30, at a general meeting the lawyers of Zhytomyr region elected Nataliya Radushynska the Head of the Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of the region.

Nataliya Radushynska is a participant of the Tomorrow’s Lawyer Program and deputy director of the Regional Center for the provision of free secondary legal aid in Zhytomyr region.

It is worth mentioning that this is the first time in the history of legal self-government of Zhytomyr region, when a woman has been elected to the governing body!

The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program was developed during 2016-2017 with the support of the project “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine” with an expert contribution from the Canadian Bar Association. The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program is being implemented by the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Legal Aid Providers, with the support of the United States Embassy and The Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine (QALA) Project funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE).
