Tomorrow’s Legal Profession – From the Current Point of View

On September 4, 2018, a graduate of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, a participant in the New Leaders project, Andriy Osipov presented his vision of the tomorrow’s legal profession in his article for Lb.ua.

A few thoughts outlined:

Perhaps it will be one too many to say that the availability of an independent and well-organized Bar is an essential feature of a successful state. Advocacy, as an integral part of justice, is important for every individual. This importance does not depend on whether a certain person knows about it and whether he/she realizes this fact. A full-fledged lawyer as a kind of regulator of the justice system, without exaggeration, is vital“, – Andriy Osipov presented his vision of the future of legal profession in his article for Lb.ua.
