Tomorrow’s Lawyers Held A Seminar On Article 130 Of The Code Of Ukraine On Administrative Offenses

A group of graduates of the G3 of  the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program conducted a practical seminar devoted to certain aspects and peculiarities of defense under Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

One of the most common types of administrative offenses is stipulated by Article 130 of the Code – driving vehicles in the state of alcohol, narcotic or other intoxication or under the influence of medicines. According to the Department of the Patrol Police of the National Police of Ukraine, in 2017 almost 10 thousand administrative cases were launched under Article 130 of the Code. This updates the need to provide proper and qualitative legal assistance to those prosecuted under this article.

In order to find answers to numerous questions related to the provision of such legal assistance, the graduates of the third group of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program held a seminar devoted to discussing certain aspects and peculiarities of protection under Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Lawyers considered the main issues regulating this sphere of social relations.
