Enroll for the Second Course of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Professional Development Program!

We are happy to announce the start of the selection process for the second course of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, the first all-Ukrainian professional training program aimed at improving the quality of legal assistance, effective implementation of reforms in the area of justice and the development of the legal community in Ukraine.

The program aimed at creating a community of Tomorrow’s Lawyers – professionals who are ready to provide legal assistance in accordance with the highest ethical standards, acting as the agents of change in the field of justice and leaders in the professional community.

The training consists of four modules covering the most important topics in the daily activity of each lawyer – working with the client, interaction with colleagues – procedural opponents in court, communication in the legal community, as well as public relations and media, and much more!

The participants of the Program are lawyers from all over Ukraine who are active in public and social life, involved in the process of improving the provision of legal assistance, possess their own vision and ideas about reforms in the field of justice and are ready to contribute to the improving the legal system of the country.

The selection of participants will be conducted by questionnaires and, if necessary, a personal interview. In order to become a participant of the Program, you need to complete the Application Form. Before filling out the questionnaire, check out the Questions List, the Program Terms, the Program Rules, and the Guidelines.

Please be sure to submit your application from 3 to 29 October 2017 inclusive. The start of training is scheduled for December 2017 and will be held in Kyiv.

The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program is being implemented by the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Legal Aid Providers, with the support of the United States Embassy and the “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine” Project, funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by the Canadian Bureau for International Education . The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program was developed during 2016-2017 with the support of the project “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine” with an expert contribution from the Canadian Bar Association.
