Library of II Module of the Tomorrow’s Lawyer Program: Communication, Public Speech
The third hundred of participants completed the second module of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, dedicated to building collegial relations within the justice system.
Lawyers learned to communicate effectively with the trial opponents and the court. They also worked on complex and toxic communication. Traditionally, the ethics of a lawyer in the communication process has been a cross-cutting topic. Furthermore, they improved skills of direct and cross-examination and worked on effective court appearances.
In order to consolidate the knowledge gained and to delve into the topic, we offer an updated library of second module.
Even if you are not yet a participant of our Program but still desire to understand the important aspects of communications, this information will be of great use to you. The materials were selected by our trainers and experts, which means that they are particularly interesting and of practical use.
For those who have already read the second module library in past seasons, we have added new items and even picked up some blogs with up-to-date information.
The list of recommended literature is available at the Ukrainian web-page.
