Module III – Communication in the Legal Community, Group 12, Kyiv
On November 1 – 3, 2019, the 12th group of the third hundred of the Tomorrow’s Lawyer Program continues training in the development of soft skills within the third module of the Program entitled “Communication in the Legal Community”.
The program of the third module was updated and improved by trainers and experts of the Module with the participation of the Program team of the Program based on surveys of participants in 2017 and 2018. The third module is devoted to the important topic of communication between a lawyer and the court and other parties. Participants will work on the following topics:
- Leadership in the legal community.
- Change management
- Mentoring and coaching.
- Independence of a lawyer. Continuous education.
- The ethics of communication within the legal community.
Trainer ofthe Module and Assistant Trainer:
Svitlana Savchuk, a certified business coach with 15 years of experience in business education. Trainer of Modules 1-2 of the Program of Season III.
Svitlana Savchuk’s assistant is a graduate of the second season of the Program, lawyer Roman Shpyrka, trainer of the Free Legal Aid system. Roman passed a training for trainers (TT) on the development of skills in working with vulnerable groups of clients of the Free Legal Aid system, which was organized by the “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine” (QALA) Project together with the Coordination Center for Legal Aid Providing.
Another trainer of the Module was Borys Danevych, lawyer, partner of Danevych.Law, co-chair of the Health Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, founder of Life Sciences Talks.
