Anna Lysko Teaches Mediation for Lawyers

During February-April 2018, the participant of the second hundred of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, Anna Lysko, along with the president of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, Tetyana Barabash, held current awareness seminars for lawyers on the mediation tools.

The events were supported by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation within the framework of the Project “Increasing the awareness of mediators and lawyers about mediation and awareness among citizens about improving access to justice and improving the efficiency of the judiciary”. The project is supported by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the framework of the New Justice Program.

The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program was developed during 2016-2017 with the support of the project “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine” with an expert contribution from the Canadian Bar Association. The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program is being implemented by the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Legal Aid Providers, with the support of the United States Embassy and The Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine (QALA) Project funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE).
