Mr Andriy Sytnikov on the Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Curtilage

Reforming housing and communal services is one of the most pressing issues of our time. As 69.2% of the population of Ukraine lives in cities and towns, and mostly in multi-apartment buildings, the legal regime of the adjoining areas of these houses requires special attention.

Lawyers who render legal assistance to developers, housing associations or associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings should carefully study the legal regime of land plots where apartment buildings are located, and in case of conflict detection, be aware of the problematic issues of modern legislation.
