Common Standards: Key Message from a Seminar in Cherkasy
On October 13, 2018 in Cherkasy tomorrow’s lawyers held a seminar on: “Practice and Methodology of Evidencing in the Context of Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine” and an expert discussion on the unity of the legal profession.
At the opening of the event, Oleksiy Kuzminsky, a graduate of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, a member of the High Qualifications and Disciplinary Bar Commission (representative of the Cherkasy region) and Darya Pysarenko, a program manager of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program addressed the participants with welcoming remarks.
Artem Donets, a graduate of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program presented the peculiarities of defense under article 130 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine at the pre-trial stage and during the trial. In turn, Alla Shyrant, a graduate of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, spoke about the peculiarities of preparing for defense under article 130 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine in the view of further appeal to the ECHR.
Graduates of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program Lyudmila Hrytsenko and Artem Donets, as well as Oleksiy Shamov, participated in the expert discussion on the unity of the legal profession.
