Discussion over the Code of Administrative Proceedings in Sumy
On September 23, 2018 in Sumy, members of the community of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program held a seminar “Practice and Methodology of Evidencing in the Context of Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine”.
Graduates of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program, Artem Donets and Alla Shyrant, shared their experience with colleagues.
As before, key features for discussion and work in groups were the peculiarities of protection under the above mentioned Article 130 at the pre-trial stage and in court, as well as the peculiarities of preparing for defense under the same article for further appeal to the ECHR.
