Maryna Starovoitova And Andriy Osipov Among The “New Leaders”
Graduates of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” program, Maryna Starovoitova and Andriy Osipov, were elected as members of the “New Leaders” Project. In order to be admitted to the “New Leaders”, the participants presented their program goals – projects that are designed to solve certain problems in society.
Andriy Osipov plans to introduce a complete system of jury trials in Ukraine in order to improve the mechanism of checks and balances, transferring monopoly on justice to society, increasing the curiosity to the court and the essence of legal proceedings, development of enforcement.
Maryna Starovoitova applied for the project with the idea of introducing common ethical standards for lawyers for the formation of common perception and views.

The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program was developed during 2016-2017 with the support of the project “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine” with an expert contribution from the Canadian Bar Association. The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program is being implemented by the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Legal Aid Providers, with the support of the United States Embassy and The Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine (QALA) Project funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE).
