Tomorrow’s Lawyer Natalia Okhotnikova Among Top-10 Ukrainian ECHR Lawyers
Tomorrow’s Lawyer community congratulates Nataliia Okhotnikova, a graduate of season II of the Program for being included in the TOP-10 ECHR Lawyer Ranking 2019 (UA) and taking the 8th position in the list. The rating was published by www.legalhub.online.
According to legalhub.online, the rating is based on information from the official website of the ECHR search engine and the European Court of Human Rights database HUDOC. To obtain the results, the ECHR decisions against Ukraine from 30 October 1998 to 25 July 2019 were analysed.
The position of each expert in this rating was qualified by the outcome of each case in the interests of the applicant. The authors took into account the following indicators: won and lost cases, friendly settlements and unilateral declarations of the state.
Nataliia Okhotnikova, a graduate of season II of the Tomorrow’s Lawyer Program, from 2012 to 2018 worked closely with the Kharkiv Human Rights Group.
