Tomorrow’s Lawyers Recommended to the High Anti-Corruption Court
The High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine (HQCJ) has announced the results of the competition before the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The rating list consisted of 52 candidates for the position of a judge. The first 27 candidates were announced as winners of the competition and recommended for appointment as judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court. In addition, the HQCJ announced the list of winners of the competition to the Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal.
Among the recommended 27 winners are four graduates of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program: Viktor Nogachevsky, Vira Mykhailenko, Oleg Fedorov and Mykola Glotov (Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal). The HQCJ will announce the final list of winners on March 7.

The “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program was launched in 2016 and first implemented within the “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid” Project, carried out by the Canadian Bureau for International Education with the support of the Government of Canada in cooperation with the Legal Aid Coordination Centre. It is currently being implemented and developed with the support of the US Embassy’s Law Enforcement Section in Ukraine, the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” NGO, in partnership with the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Legal Aid Providers.
