Judges May Face Discrimination, – Tomorrow’s Lawyer Graduate

Eight judges appealed to the Court of Cassation in the Supreme Court against the terms of the discriminatory, in their opinion, competition for the replacement of vacant posts of judges in local courts.

Lawyers Yulia Chervatyuk and Oksana Huz represent their interest before the court. Yulia Chervatyuk, a graduate of the first season of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program shared her comments on the matter (available in Ukrainian).

It is currently being implemented and developed with the support of the US Embassy’s Law Enforcement Section in Ukraine, the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” NGO, in partnership with the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Bar Association of Legal Aid Providers.
