Open Lecture: Communication With Vulnerable Groups Of Clients

The organization of effective communication has always been a prerequisite for achieving a result when providing professional legal assistance. To accomplish this task, the lawyer requires the development of professional competence in the field of communication. That is why one of the main topics of the “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” Program was the theme of the first module – “Building Effective Communication with the Client”.

However, often the construction of such a dialogue is complicated by the difficult emotional states of the client and destructive behavioural reactions (refusal to speak, manifestations of aggression or apathy, etc.). The reasons for such behaviour could be the traumatic experience of the client and the difficult life circumstances. Taking into account the features of the client’s state will help the lawyer to establish an effective dialogue.

In order for lawyers to learn how to effectively communicate with such clients, “Tomorrow’s Lawyer” conducts an open webinar with a psychologist-social worker Olena Savchuk on March 20, at 16:00.

The lecture will be available on the Facebook page of the Program. The video will also be uploaded to the program page on YouTube.

Dear participants, the Tomorrow’s Lawyer Program will be happy to receive and share with the entire community of the Program your success stories and professional life events. Please email us at: info@tomorrowslawyer.org.
